Jardim de S. Mamede - Príncipe Real, Lisbon

The Project

Central Living

Set in Lisbon’s historic centre, this residential development enjoys a uniquely discreet location, endless views and a remarkable sense of calm and privacy.

Right next to Príncipe Real and a short walk from the buzz of Amoreiras and the connectivity of Rato, the development occupies a privileged pocket of the city, sheltered from the rush of the cosmopolitan streets, where the close-knit spirit of an old Lisbon neighbourhood still lingers.

Spread across three buildings arranged around a central garden, it offers 52 customisable apartments in total, from 1-bedroom layouts to 4-bedroom penthouses.

Location

Your city centre refuge

The project takes its name from the former parish of S. Mamede, now part of Santo António. The name has changed, but the neighbourhood remains one of Lisbon’s most iconic. Here, the city’s classic yellow trams still rumble through the streets and the carefully restored façades tell the story of a Lisbon of old.
